Showroom Sales Consultant - Sydney, NSW


Our unique business model sells direct to our customers via our website, mobile showrooms and network of show homes. As we continue to expand across Australia, we have secured a beautiful boutique showroom in Alexandria, and we are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Consultant to work closely with our customers both face to face and over the phone.

The successful candidate will host our customers in the showroom 2 days a week, building positive relationships with them and providing product and styling advice. The other 3 days each week will be spent liaising with customers over the phone qualifying leads, booking in home showroom visits and supporting the mobile sales team. Working as an integral part of the team, you will deliver an exceptional and effortless level of customer care, showcasing and selling our luxurious Song range of sofas, chairs and beds. A proven track record in sales is essential, as is an authentic passion for furniture, design and interiors.

Sales Consultant - Christchurch, New Zealand


We have a dedicated team of wonderful people and as we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Christchurch. Reporting into the Regional Manager, this role will involve supporting the Mobile Showroom Managers by qualifying leads and booking in showroom visits, responding to sales enquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. A proven track record in sales is essential, as is a passion for customer service, furniture, design and/or interiors.

On a day-to-day basis you will:
• Maximise incoming sales enquiries through robust, consultative telephone sales techniques
• Identify and qualify customers who would benefit from a face-to-face visit with our mobile showroom
• Efficiently manage and book home visits for our mobile sales team
• Ensure all leads move through the sales pipeline as quickly as possible to increase revenue
• Capture all relevant customer and order information in our CRM, ensuring the database is continually kept up to date
• Monitor the sales pipeline and revenue progress
• Liaise with customers over the phone, via email and on social media, following up on potential leads and responding to sales enquiries
• Offer advice to clients on colour schemes, fabrics and room layout Support the sales team with ad hoc administration
• Communicate daily with the Regional Manager and Mobile Showroom Manager
