Mobile Showroom Manager - Sydney


We have a dedicated team of wonderful people and are looking for a highly motivated Sales professional in Sydney. This integral role will be responsible for selling our luxurious Song range of sofas, chairs and beds, alongside our new, more affordable Hero range. The successful candidate will proactively respond to sales enquiries, qualify leads and prepare and drive the mobile showroom to client homes, allowing them to see and feel our products. A proven track record in sales is essential, as is an authentic approach to building relationships and a passion for furniture, design and interiors.

Day to day you will:
• Maximise incoming sales enquiries through robust, consultative telephone sales techniques, qualifying leads, establishing customer requirements and building client relationships
• Identify customers who would benefit from a face-to-face mobile showroom visit, effectively schedule and execute these visits
• Identify the most suitable furniture range for each customer and offer advice to clients on colour schemes, fabrics and room layout
• Ensure all telephone and face to face customer conversations are followed up with appropriate written communication
• Identify any potential opportunities to broaden the customer’s order and upsell
• Manage the sales process through to a close, creating quotes and invoices in Xero for customers and taking payment
• Capture all relevant customer data in the CRM, moving leads through the sales pipeline, monitoring revenue progress and updating the leadership team
• Set up clear next steps after every sales activity to ensure all customer leads have a scheduled activity
• Respond to all Facebook/Instagram/webchat direct messages and email enquiries in a prompt, consultative and friendly tone
• Coach and support of the Sales Consultants where necessary

Mobile Showroom Manager - Melbourne


We have a dedicated team of wonderful people and are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will involve supporting the Mobile Showroom Managers by qualifying leads and booking in showroom visits, responding to sales enquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. A proven track record in sales is essential, as is a passion for furniture, design and/or interiors.

On a day to day basis you will:
• Maximise incoming sales enquiries through robust, consultative telephone sales techniques
• Identify and qualify customers who would benefit from a face-to-face visit with our mobile showroom
• Efficiently manage and book home visits for our mobile sales team
• Ensure all leads move through the sales pipeline as quickly as possible to increase revenue
• Capture all relevant customer and order information, ensuring the database is kept up to date
• Monitor the sales pipeline and revenue progress
• Liaise with customers over the phone, via email and on social media, following up on potential leads and responding to sales enquiries
• Offer advice to clients on colour schemes, fabrics and room layout
• Communicate daily with the National Sales Manager and Mobile Showroom Managers

Marketing Manager


We have a dedicated team of wonderful people working within our growing business and we are now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to be based in our Keilor Park office in Melbourne. The purpose of this role is to set and adapt the global marketing strategy for the local market and execute a broad range of marketing activity from social media and online campaigns, to developing sales collateral and planning film and photography sessions.

Day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:
• Working closely with the global marketing team to adapt global marketing strategy to suit the local market
• Working closely with the General Manager to understand local marketing priorities, set and schedule the marketing plan and execute marketing activity in order to support business growth
• Actively and creatively contributing to the development and sharing of ideas
• Planning, managing and executing marketing campaigns, including liaising with the PR team as needed
• Reviewing and refining the social media plan, writing and developing engaging content and scheduling posts
• Collaborating with the sales team to plan, design and create sales collateral and commercial material
• Writing marketing and advertising content, ensuring tone of voice is on-brand
• Coordinating film and photography sessions
• Planning and project managing promotional events
• Briefing graphic designers and printers where required
• Reviewing and analyzing each promotion and campaign and making recommendations and decisions based on such data
• Organizing and assessing market research activity
• Establishing marketing procedures and processes to ensure the efficient running of the function
• Supporting the global marketing team as needed Facilitate and actively participate in marketing, sales and leadership team meetings

Accounts Administrator


We have a dedicated team of wonderful people and are looking for a highly organised Accounts Administrator to work in our Keilor Park office. The successful candidate will work very closely with the Finance manager, be the first point of contact for all accounts enquiries and ensure all daily bookkeeping functions are accurately executed.

Day to day you will:
• Work very closely with the Finance Manager offering support from an accounts and administration perspective as well as assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual report preparation
• Prepare payment runs and accurately process all accounts payable
Manage the accounts receivable function
• Be responsible for the accounts inbox, checking, actioning and responding to all enquiries
• Carry out all reconciliations including bank, accounts and credit card reconciliations
• Carry out all account administration tasks including data entry, scanning, filing, managing mail outs and at times assist the sales and production team from an admin perspective
