Mobile Showroom Manager - Melbourne

We have a dedicated team of wonderful people and are looking for a highly motivated Sales professional in Melbourne. This integral role will be responsible for selling our luxurious Song range of sofas, chairs and beds. The successful candidate will proactively respond to sales enquiries, qualify leads and prepare and drive the mobile showroom to client homes, allowing them to see and feel our products. A proven track record in sales is essential, as is an authentic approach to building relationships and a passion for furniture, design and interiors.

Day to day you will:
• Identify customers who would benefit from a face-to-face mobile showroom visit, effectively schedule and execute these visits
• Drive the mobile showroom to client homes, presenting the furniture and delivering an exceptional level of customer service
• Identify the most suitable furniture range for each customer and offer advice to clients on colour schemes, fabrics and room layout
• Ensure all telephone and face to face customer conversations are followed up with appropriate written communication
• Identify any potential opportunities to broaden the customer’s order and upsell
• Manage the sales process through to a close, creating quotes and invoices in Xero for customers and taking payment
• Capture all relevant customer data in the CRM, moving leads through the sales pipeline, monitoring revenue progress and updating the leadership team
• Set up clear next steps after every sales activity to ensure all customer leads have a scheduled activity
• Coach and support of the Sales Consultants where necessary

Production Administration Assistant - Keilor Park

We have a dedicated team of wonderful people and as we expand, we are looking to bring on a highly organised Production Administration Assistant with an excellent attention to detail. Reporting to the Production Manager and based in our Keilor Park warehouse, this role with play a pivotal part in customer order processing and product fulfilment, monitoring overall inventory levels and providing updates to our Customer Care and Sales teams.

On a daily basis, this role will be responsible for:
•Accurate data entry and order processing with an ERP system Monitoring and updating the detailed production schedule
•Developing strong relationships with the internal team, working closely with both Customer Care and Sales, to keep them informed of production changes
•Liaising with stakeholders over the phone and via email sharing information accurately and professionally
•Interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to assist with queries
•Effectively communicating with manufacturers and suppliers in relation to a range of supply chain matters including completion dates, delays, freight and associated issues Booking and liaising with relevant transport companies for order fulfilment

To succeed in this role, you will:
•Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
•Experience in data entry, with an unwavering attention to detail
•Display strong and creative problem-solving skills, able to use your initiative and think outside the box
•Be calm and unflappable under pressure
•Be well organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively when juggling urgent tasks
